At Happydachshundhome, our goal is to ensure every Dachshund puppy is placed in a loving, responsible home. Because adopting a puppy is a serious commitment, we ask that all families carefully consider their decision before placing a deposit.

🐶 Reservation Deposits

• All puppy reservation deposits are non-refundable.

• A deposit secures the puppy of your choice and removes the puppy from availability.

• Deposits may only be transferred to another available puppy if agreed upon by us.

💰 Payments & Refunds

• Full payments are generally non-refundable once the puppy has been delivered or picked up.

• If a serious health condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, you must notify us immediately.

• A written veterinary report is required for any health-related claim.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement puppy (when available), or

• A partial or full refund at our discretion.

🩺 Health-Related Returns

To qualify for any health-related refund or replacement:

• The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.

• The puppy must have been properly cared for (nutrition, environment, vaccinations).

• Documentation must be provided from the examining veterinarian.

🏠 Owner Responsibility

We do not offer refunds due to:

• Change of mind

• Allergies

• Landlord restrictions

• Personal or family issues

We strongly encourage families to ensure they are fully prepared before adopting.

If you are ever unable to keep your Dachshund puppy, please contact Happydachshundhome immediately. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to helping ensure the puppy’s safety and may assist in rehoming.

Under no circumstances should a puppy be surrendered to a shelter without contacting us first.
